Prenatal Yoga

Yoga during pregnancy assists in strengthening and stretching muscles as well as providing a natural remedy to soothe aches and pains.  Yoga is also beneficial for releasing tension, promoting good posture, and assisting in relaxation by clearing the mind of stressors associated with pregnancy and motherhood.  Our yoga classes are open to expectant mothers in their second and third trimester, those who are in recovery of a healthy delivery, and anyone who is interested in attending an intimate class that improves body, mind and spirit.
