            At Babymoon Boutique, we respect your personal privacy.  We take every measure necessary to secure information and data collected as part of our business operation.  Our policy prohibits the release of such information to any third party patron, regardless of intent or purpose.

Return Policy

            Here at Babymoon Boutique we pride ourselves in offering wonderful customer service and reliable products.  We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience on line and in our store.

            If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns on unused, unwashed, unaltered items in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a copy of the original or gift receipt.  Once received, we will immediately issue the credit less any shipping or gift wrapping charges.  If your item received free shipping we will refund your total purchase price less our actual shipping costs for the original shipment.

Exchange Policy

            We are happy to do size and color exchanges on all unused merchandise in its original condition, within 30 days of the purchase.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Final Sale

            Certain sale, custom orders, and personal care items are nonrefundable.  Babymoon Boutique does not accept returns on the following items:  breast pumps and supplies, skin care, baby bottles, nursing pads, certain undergarments, swimsuits, used or washed cloth diapers and accessories, sale items, seasonal items (one time use such as costumes and specialty dresses) custom orders, and items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer. 

Free Shipping

            All purchases within the 48 continuous States over $100 qualify for free shipping.  Once an order is processed, tracking information will be emailed to the customer.  If an item is returned, the cost of actual shipping will be deducted from the amount paid.  Babymoon Boutique reserves the right to chose the shipping carrier on free and paid shipping orders.  We typically use USPS or UPS.
